Key Responsibilities & Scope:

Oversee day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house boutique café operations.
Manage comprehensive inventory tracking, stock audits, and strict FIFO/FEFO rotation principles.
Lead, train, and mentor café staff to maintain premium guest service standards.
Enforce rigorous hygiene, safety, and opening/closing compliance protocols.
Handle daily vendor coordination, supply fulfillment, and quality checks.
Drive customer satisfaction, resolve feedback, and ensure smooth floor workflows.

Food & Beverage Staff

Work Responsibilities:

• Craft signature cold coffee, frappes, and refreshing beverage blends with exact precision.
• Prepare curated pure-vegetarian grill and bite items to highest presentation standards.
• Ensure efficient order preparation and timely service across counter operations.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness across workstations, equipment, and serving areas.
• Monitor stock rotation diligently using FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.

Housekeeping Staff

Work Responsibilities:

• Execute thorough opening and closing cleaning protocols across café premises.
• Maintain continuous hygiene and cleanliness across guest seating and dining areas.
• Wash and sanitize glassware, crockery, serving trays, and kitchen utensils.
• Ensure impeccable sanitation standards in washrooms and back-of-house areas.
• Support overall floor upkeep to preserve an immaculate boutique atmosphere.
